At Pidgin Doll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in their original, pristine condition. Please note that limited edition releases and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates of authenticity, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
